Essential Qualifications:

 

Official Language Proficiency: Bilingual Non-Imperative (CBC/CBC)

Education:  Graduation with a degree from a recognized University in a related field relevant to the duties of the position.

Experience: 

E1        Significant experience in leading and managing large organizations of multidisciplinary professional staff.

E2        Experience in leading the development and implementation of organizational engagement strategies.

E3        Significant and recent experience managing human and financial resources.

E4        Significant experience in consultation, negotiation and conflict resolution when dealing with individuals and/or groups with varying and often divergent perspectives on sensitive issues.

E5        Significant experience in working within management systems delivery and results and complex transformation initiatives.
