Job Description

The Challenge                                     

  • Expand Etratech’s leader position in electronic controls in the marketplace by offering technical solutions embedded in customer products
  • Engage in cold calling and face to face customer meetings to grow market share
  • Involve the skills of other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Technical aptitude in electronics and knowledge of the industry (no two solutions we sell are identical)
  • 2+ years of technical sales experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienced
  • Capacity to build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline
  • Will to solve customer problems, and create unique solution roadmaps
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel internationally


  • Passionate, technically skilled, and detail oriented salesperson
  • Tenacious person, a hard worker who doesn’t count hours
  • Superior interpersonal skills and well-honed presentation skills to communicate the uniqueness of Etratech’s value proposition
  • Known for being results-oriented with a track record of building B2B sales
  • Strong skills for prospecting and cold calling prospective customers
  • Accustomed to long sales cycles due to R&D solutions
