Queen’s University’s Human Resources Department is seeking a dynamic business professional who thrives in a role with diverse responsibilities, to take on the challenging role of Manager, Administration.
Reporting to the Associate Vice-Principal, Human Resources (AVPHR), this position requires a trusted advisor who is a strategically minded change agent, enjoys working with individuals across a complex organization, and who has experience managing large budgets. Under the direction of the AVPHR and in cooperation with the HR Leadership team, this position will provide the successful candidate with an opportunity to contribute to the HR Department’s annual and long-range planning and to align and manage the HR Administration team to best support the Department in its delivery of HR services. Additionally, this position actively takes part in projects/committees across Queen’s University, providing the incumbent exposure to a broad range of key organizational initiatives.
